Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item. Please contact us at Shonen.corp@gmx.fr and provide product and defect details. We will then tell you how to return the product.

You must bear the shipping costs related to the return of your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. You must also, for all returns, prepay shipping and insurance costs ( if applicable ). If your return is eligible for a refund, the latter shall not include the shipping and handling costs which may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will review it and advise you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original payment method). The shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and the refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. A maximum of 15 business days after receiving our email may collapse before you see the refund on your statement.

Return of unopened items:
We accept returns of new and unopened items. You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Only those items with a discount can be refunded. Items on sale are non-refundable.

2. Trade

We only exchange goods that are defective or damaged. When you consider that a product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item at ( shonen.corp@gmx.fr ) and provide details of the product and defect ( photos ). We will then tell you how to return the product.

3. Exceptions

Some items are not refundable or exchangeable. These items are designated on our website as non-refundable, part of a final sale.

To return or exchange the item you purchased, please return it with tracking ( colissimo, mondial relay, ups, etc... ) with a copy of your receipt and any other information regarding your purchase.
